Love this hotel!! Location is perfect - near great restaurants and coffee shops as well as the historic district of Old Montreal. Everything within walking distance. Front desk staff is very professional and courteous. They are very welcoming and will go the extra mile. I also really enjoyed the bar adjacent to the hotel.
Would recommend this hotel.
This hotel is what you would expect from a boutique hotel. Funky design that’s fun and creates an exotic atmosphere. But that’s it really. The experience outside the decor and high prices is no different than a 2 or 3 star hotel. The most …
Location was great. Service was good.
The rooms were very underwhelming considering this apparently won an award for being a designer hotel. My university dorm room had better design, room looked liked like they pieced it together from a garage sale. There was some random furniture with no purpose, lighting features, layout and design was not great, bathroom needed some work and found mold. TV was 8 years old and very out of date, which is most likely the last time that this room had been updated.
Luckily had used a free night with Marriot, but wouldn't have been too happy paying anything over $200 on a weekend. There are cheaper, nicer options in the city.
Stayed one night here. Very dark in halls and elevators . The room is clean and nicely decorated.
There is everything you need , the fancy nespresso coffee machine , iron , …
Wish the housekeeping standards were higher but unfortunately we had spiders all over the walls, windows and dirty bath mat that we had to call to get a new one. Breakfast was a joke too. Front desk was the only good part about it. Excellent service to help us change rooms. Second room was also dusty with spiders ,
Dirty floors than hadn’t been swept but cleaner than the first. Hotel felt super haunted with dark hallways and dirty rooms. Barely slept a wink!
I specifically booked this hotel because I saw that they had a suite with two FULL beds - they also had other rooms available with SOFA beds- turns out they mean the same thing - the "full"bed was a sofa bed, which normally wouldn't be a problem but I booked it with a specific need in mind.
The lobby bar was not opened which was super inconvenient. At one point there was a group of 15 guests or more including my party, who wanted to have a drink at around 10:30 or 11 PM and they would not stay opened and were not to friendly about it either.
AVOID! This hotel doesn’t meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. You can find way better hotels in old town Montreal for the same price. Paid $300/night and got the service of a $100/night hotel. …
The room is pretty good. It was good and comfortable.
My problem with this hotel is the absence of any Platinum benefit. I was denied …
